Prices, fundamentals, valuation multiples, analyst ratings and price targets come from Yahoo Finance. Company filings and insider Form 4 transactions come from SEC EDGAR, the US regulator's own system. News headlines come from Yahoo Finance and MarketWatch feeds. IPO calendar data comes from SEC EDGAR supplemented by Nasdaq. Everything else on the site, every score, band and verdict, is computed by us from those inputs.

Each of the six analysts produces a 0 to 100 score for its own dimension. Those are combined on fixed weights: The Accountant (financial quality) 32%, The Assessor (valuation) 22%, The Trader (momentum) 20%, The Forecaster (Wall Street consensus) 10%, The Journalist (company news) 8%, The Economist (macro and sector) 8%. The blended score maps onto bands, 80 and above is Strong Buy, 65 is Buy, 45 is Wait, below that is Avoid. Two safety rules can then override the blend downward: a company The Accountant rates Weak on quality cannot show as a Buy however cheap it looks, and a stock that is overvalued with negative implied upside is knocked down one band. Nothing can override the blend upward except a rare insider cluster-buy signal, which can lift Wait to Buy by one band and never past the quality cap.

Prices are live market data, not real-time exchange feeds, so treat them as delayed by up to around 15 minutes depending on the exchange. A full report is cached for 24 hours: open a stock and you get the most recent run, and once it is a day old the next request rebuilds it from fresh data. You are never more than a day behind, and re-opening a report you already ran costs nothing. The Refresh control on a report forces a rebuild sooner.
